Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India. Please check your address, PIN code and mobile number carefully before you pay.

Shipping charges

Shipping depends on your state. It appears in your bag as soon as you choose your state, before you pay, and is part of the total you are charged.

How long it takes

• First 24 hours: your cancellation window. We do not start work yet.
• Making: about 20 days, because every greedam is made by hand to your size and changes.
• Delivery: the courier usually takes a few days after dispatch, depending on your location.

In total, please allow about one month from your order to delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If your order will take longer, we email you as soon as we know.

Tracking your parcel

When your greedam is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number, and a tracking link when there is one. You can also see them under Orders on this website.

Address problems

If your address needs correcting, email us as soon as possible; we can change it before dispatch. If a courier cannot reach your address, we contact you to arrange delivery. If it still cannot be delivered, we refund you in full.

Damaged, wrong or lost parcels

If your greedam arrives damaged or wrong, email contact@radhekrishnahandcrafts.store within 3 days of receiving it, with your order number (it starts with RK) and photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is not needed. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it or refund you in full. We pay the shipping for any replacement.
