Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancelling your order
You can cancel for any reason within 24 hours of placing your order:
- Sign in, open Orders on this website, and choose Cancel this order; or
- Email contact@radhekrishnahandcrafts.store with your order number.
We do not start work during those 24 hours. After 24 hours your greedam is being made to your size, so the order can no longer be cancelled.
Your refund after cancelling
The full amount, including shipping, is refunded automatically through Razorpay to the payment method you used. It usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. You receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund.
Returns
Because every greedam is made to your own size and changes, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Please check your size and changes carefully before ordering.
Damaged, wrong or faulty items
If your greedam arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has a fault, email contact@radhekrishnahandcrafts.store within 3 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short description, and photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is not needed. We then replace it or refund you in full; you choose. We pay all shipping for this, including sending the original back if we ask for it. Please contact us before sending anything back. A fault that could not be noticed within 3 days is still covered under Indian consumer law.
If we cancel
If we cannot make or deliver your order, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping.
How refunds are paid
All refunds go back through Razorpay to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. We never ask for your UPI PIN, card details or a code to send a refund; anyone who does is not us.
